Privacy Policy
Your trust matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit davvv.net, request a demo, or work with us — and how we use it. We keep things straightforward: we collect what we need to respond and deliver great work, we do not sell your contact data, and you can always reach us with questions.

- We never sell contact data
- Project data stays yours
Policy
1. Scope
This Policy applies to davvv LLC, doing business as davvvNET Solutions (“davvvNET,” “we,” “us”), and the website at https://davvv.net/ (the “Site”), including contact and demo request forms, as well as ordinary business communications that result from using the Site.
Our use of the Site is also subject to our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us or submit a form on the Site, you may provide:
- Name and work email address
- Company or organization name
- Phone number (optional)
- Primary interest (for example dashboards, integrations, custom software)
- Timeline and preferred meeting window
- Message details about your project, systems, or demo goals
- Any other information you choose to include in email or meetings
Depending on how the form is configured, submissions may open in your email client addressed to support@davvv.net, or be delivered through a form provider we configure. We use that information only to respond and, if appropriate, continue a business conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting environment or CDN may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages requested, and timestamps. This helps with security, reliability, and basic traffic understanding. We do not use that data to build invasive advertising profiles.
Information we do not intentionally collect via the public Site
Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), payment card numbers, government IDs, passwords, or other highly sensitive data through the public contact form. If a project requires regulated data, we will arrange secure channels and appropriate agreements first.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to demo requests, meeting requests, and project inquiries
- Schedule calls and prepare relevant discussions or proposals
- Provide, improve, and secure the Site and our services
- Send business communications you request (and occasional follow-ups related to your inquiry)
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and systems
- Maintain ordinary business records (for example proposals and invoices) when you become a client
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We will not use your inquiry details for unrelated bulk marketing without a clear opt-in opportunity.
5. Cookies, analytics & similar technologies
The Site is primarily a marketing and information site. It may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for basic operation (for example security or load balancing).
We use Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) to understand aggregate
traffic — for example which pages are visited, approximate geography, device
type, and referral source. Google processes this data under its own terms;
the Measurement ID we use is G-868KJWB6NF. We do not intentionally
send contact-form contents, names, email addresses, or other personal project
details into Analytics.
We do not run invasive third-party ad networks on the Site. If we introduce additional optional tools that set non-essential cookies, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide notice or choice consistent with applicable law.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you may use browser extensions or Google’s tools that limit Analytics. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality in limited ways.
6. Client project data (separate from marketing Site data)
When we deliver professional services — Power BI and analytics work, HL7 / NCPDP / FHIR / EDI integrations, Azure and SQL Server platforms, custom applications, portals, connectors, and related support — we may process business data you provide in source systems, files, or environments you control.
- That data remains yours (or your organization’s / patients’ / customers’, as applicable).
- We process it only to perform the engagement and related support.
- We apply access controls, least privilege, and confidentiality practices appropriate to the engagement.
- For healthcare PHI, a BAA or equivalent may be required before processing.
- We do not use client project data to train public AI models or for unrelated commercial purposes.
Details of subprocessors, locations, and retention for a given project are handled in the project documents when needed.
7. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve our practices and ask that you use strong unique passwords and careful sharing habits when working with us on projects.
If you believe you have found a security issue related to davvv.net or our services, please email support@davvv.net promptly so we can investigate.
8. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes — typically for a reasonable business period after last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required by law or a client agreement.
Server logs are retained for a shorter operational window unless needed for security investigation. Client project records follow the retention terms in your agreement and ordinary professional recordkeeping.
9. Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion, subject to legal and legitimate business exceptions
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Opt out of marketing emails (we will honor unsubscribe requests; transactional or project-related messages may still be necessary)
To exercise these rights, email support@davvv.net with enough detail for us to verify and fulfill your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law (including CCPA/CPRA-style rights for California residents, where they apply to us as a business).
If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or similar jurisdictions and GDPR-style rules apply to a particular processing activity, we will process personal data under an appropriate legal basis (typically legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, or contract performance when you engage us) and honor applicable data subject rights.
10. Children
The Site and our services are directed to business professionals and organizations, not to children under 16 (or the equivalent age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@davvv.net and we will take appropriate steps.
11. International visitors
davvv LLC (d/b/a davvvNET Solutions) primarily operates in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate. By using the Site or contacting us, you understand that transfer. We take reasonable steps to handle your information consistently with this Policy.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. For significant updates, we may also provide a more prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
