We also offer data services. That path is product-shaped: you license access to datasets we already operate — maintained schemas, honest coverage, and a documented API package so your systems can pull what you need without reinventing the collection stack.
What “data services” means here
Not a vague promise to “do something with your data.” A Data Product is a licensed spine we run:
- Collection & normalization — messy public and operational sources turned into a stable model.
- Coverage honesty — you see what is available, partial, or pending — not silent blanks sold as complete.
- Access model — tiers for evaluation through platform-scale use, with API keys and limits when provisioned.
- Contract first — full developer docs describe the surface; your base URL and keys ship after agreement.
Services remains how we design and ship systems. Data is how you plug a maintained dataset into systems you already own — or ones we build for you later.
First public offering: ALF Citations Spine
Assisted living survey and citation data is state-run, inconsistent, and expensive to assemble nationwide. Operators, payers, diligence teams, and product builders often face the same wall: fifty different systems, FOIA paths, PDFs, and portals — and no shared spine.
Our first public data product is the ALF Citations Spine: facilities, findings and citations, tags, and per-state coverage levels unified so you can analyze and integrate without spending years on acquisition alone.
